To support our rapid growth, we are seeking talented, motivated engineers to join our office in Chicago. You must bring a passion for programming and developing innovative solutions. As a software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a powerful web application using some of the latest technologies with a brilliant, talented bunch of developers solving complex problems. Duties: |
* Will be part of a team of highly talented team working on a leading-edge product.
* Involves understanding the J2EE product space and all Java standards.
* Designing and implementing product features and developing tests.
* Work involves Java, JSPs, Servlets, JDBC, HTML/XML, and Web Services among other enterprise Java technologies.
* Involves understanding of basic database architecture and design.
* Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications: |
* A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent
* Experience with Java application development
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Systems and Project managers towards a common goal
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Desirable skills:
* Knowledge of Relational Database and SQL queries
* Experience developing web applications
* Experience with Unit Testing Automation frameworks, such as Junit, HTTPUnit, etc
* Experience with XML/XSL/ Web Services
