Duties: |
Lead both internal and external staff members on new implementations
Manage kickoff meetings and ongoing meetings with clients
Develop and manage timelines with clients
Identify critical success factors, contingencies, and potential roadblocks
Manage internal and external resources to meet project deadlines and to resolve issues that arise
Manage client expectations aggressively, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with conservative delivery dates
Proactively identify ways to improve client satisfaction
Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
Communicate with customers in a pleasant, professional manner with a can do attitude |
Qualifications: |
Self-starter and quick learner
Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
Experience with technology, benefits, Human Resources, or health care
Strong customer service orientation

Education:
