Develop data exchange specifications and processes with clients
Research and understand data elements in both bswift and Payroll/HRIS/ERP systems
Develop mapping and translations between data elements in bswift and Payroll/HRIS/ERP systems
Develop an EDI file from Payroll/HRIS/ERP systems to bswift, and from bswift to Payroll/HRIS/ERP systems
Develop an intake process into Payroll/HRIS/ERP systems for payroll deductions and additional data
Create and manage test plans with clients
Test the data exchange processes end-to-end
Communicate with customers in a pleasant, professional manner with a can do attitude |
Qualifications: |
3+ years experience with payroll, HRIS, and/or ERP systems
Strong customer service orientation
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
Experience with SQL Databases
Knowledge of VB and SQL
High performance standards
Ability to solve problems
Education:
BA or BS required |
