BigMachines is a rapidly growing organization, looking for a highly motivated individual to help build, and expand our partner ecosystem and directly contribute to the growth of our business. The Marketing Partner Program Manager will have hands-on responsibility for defining, developing, implementing and managing marketing programs aimed at driving revenue and opportunities through our partners. This marketing dynamo will own and drive our current partnerships as well as uncover and develop new partnerships.
The Marketing Partner Program Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization and our partners to drive the companys long-term success and to develop relationships that will generate sales.

Duties: |
Awareness generation - Generate a torrent of awareness with our strategic partners and evangelize to the partner community
Develop and manage programs to optimize partner engagement through BigMachines marketing events and training programs
Ensure that both BigMachines and its partners obtain value from program activities
Become BigMachines point of contact for partner inquiries
Coordinate and identify sales and marketing materials needed to support and engage BigMachines partners
Must be very comfortable leading discussions and meetings with partner resources and identifying win-win opportunities
Hands on and "roll-up the sleeves" attitude to getting things done

Qualifications: |
Very strong communication skills in person and phone
Background in marketing and/or sales or selling of ideas or concepts
Outstanding written communication skills
High level of energy, persistence, and strong desire to do whatever it takes to win
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability and desire to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
Quick learner and able to adapt to various situations
Strategic thinker who will roll-up sleeves and get things done
BS/BA from a reputable college or university
Desired Experience
1-3 years experience in technology industry marketing, sales and/or alliances, ideally in enterprise software
