BigMachines, Inc., a rapidly growing web software company (www.bigmachines.com) located in Chicago's north suburbs (Deerfield), is in search of a new Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team of sales professionals. The company has been growing 50-100% p.a., is led by a strong management team, has forged close partnerships with on-demand software industry leaders including Oracle and Salesforce.com, and is backed by strong financial investors who are looking for the company to continue driving rapid growth and value creation.
The Inside Sales Executive must have the drive to generate leads for the outside sales team, leveraging top-notch marketing campaigns, lead generating tools and partner relationships. This rapidly growing organization is in need of a highly motivated individual who looks forward to the challenge of engaging new prospects and helping to grow the business.
The Inside Sales Executive will report to the Business Development Team Lead and will work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization to ensure the company's long-term success by driving immediate sales. You will have the opportunity to grow into more senior roles within the company, which is committed to promoting talent from within.

Duties:

• Prospect into targeted accounts; generate leads for the sales team
• Use BigMachines’ marketing tools and salesforce.com CRM system to manage prospects
• Quickly and effectively respond to leads, qualify them, and schedule initial first meeting with outside sales executive
• Follow defined sales processes for follow-up and tracking of all leads
• Build partner relationships to leverage partner sales teams and field programs, including salesforce.com, Oracle and others
• Represent BigMachines at partner and industry events and trade shows

Qualifications:

• Desire to move into enterprise sales position and passionate to make this move
• Passion to evangelize powerful new technologies and new ways of doing business
• Ability to quickly learn about BigMachines’ web-based software solutions and how these can meet customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quota consistently
• BS/BA from a reputable college or university
