This role is responsible for leading a team in delivery of data processing projects and ensuring production jobs meet quality and efficiency standards. It will oversee the entire ETL process and will also be responsible for managing and directing the production queue of all client deliverables. Relationships with client facing team, product management, and business owners are critical. A key responsibility of the Director includes leading the transformation of the existing process from a quarterly to monthly process incorporating tools, processes, and organizational changes to ensure quality, transparency and consistency. This will include establishing areas of focus to achieve desired state including identification of metrics to measure performance as well as improvements over time.

Duties: |
 Identify and spearhead the creation of automated, efficient processes that will meet client needs
Identify areas for data processing improvements; identify areas of efficiency improvements, execute and manage the development of the changes
Recommend new or revised standards and policies in order to establish best practices for the Data Operations Team
Skilled in examining and re-engineering workflow, operations and procedures
Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage the operations and several highly visible client projects
Manage and provided strategic direction on the scheduling of all data processing projects; work directly with executives in product management, sales, and consulting to determine priorities
Create resource plans, staff development goals & objectives, and performance metrics applicable to team efforts
Provide both technical and organizational leadership to data operations team

Qualifications: |
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a consistent record of professional and personal achievement. Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must. Ideal candidates would possess the following qualifications:
Experience with clinical and financial/billing healthcare data (ICD-9, CPT, DRG) within a hospital or health care services organization is required
Bachelors or Masters degree and leadership experience in healthcare business, operations management or decision support
Exceptionally effective interpersonal, communication and client service skills
Proven process and project management skills, planning and organizational skills
Ability to own and execute on the strategic direction of the data operations process
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under time constraints
Data operations experience with progressive levels of responsibility is desirable
Experience working with SQL, ETL technologies and relational databases is highly desirable
